About Chris Wright
Chris Wright is a professional basketball player who has played all over the world. Wright holds the distinction of being the first person diagnosed with multiple sclerosis to play in the NBA. After a stint in Turkey and time with the D-League Iowa Energy, he played in three games with the Dallas Mavericks in 2013. That season, Wright was actually a D-League All-Star for his strong play in Iowa. Since, he has played in Puerto Rico, France, and Italy, in addition to more D-League action with the Bakersfield Jam. The Bowie, Maryland native played collegiately at Georgetown and was a McDonald’s All-American at St. John’s College in Washington D.C.
