About Cesar Ruiz
Cesar Ruiz is an offensive lineman for the New Orleans Saints who was selected in the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft. Ruiz started several games at guard as a freshman at Michigan and then proceeded to be the Wolverines starting center for two seasons. He was an All-Big Ten Third Team member in 2018 and an All-Big Ten Second Teamer in 2019. That final year, he was rated as the top pass-blocking center in college football by Pro Football Focus.
