Carrie Milbank Biography

Carrie Milbank is a Houston Texans cheerleader who became a sports broadcaster. Milbank’s career began as she entertained football fans as a Houston Texans cheerleader. She captained the team for 4 years and she represented the squad at the NFL Pro Bowl. For two years in a row, Milbank was voted the team’s MVP. NFL Films discovered Milbank in 2003 when she auditioned as a guest host on NFL Under the Helmet and revealed her number one passion as an on-camera entertainer. Shortly after her guest appearance, Milbank became a correspondent for NFL Under the Helmet and a co-host for the NFL Cayman Challenge. Milbank stopped being a Houston Texans cheerleader in 2004 to pursue a full-time career in television. Milbank was then hired as the producer, writer and host of the lifestyle program Hot On! Houston. Within the year, she was promoted to Hot On! D.C. to help kickoff the newly expanded show. In 2006, Milbank became a commentator for the NFL cheerleader playoffs.
