About Brittany Bowe
Brittany Bowe is a retired American speed skater and former inline skater. Starting inline skating at age eight, she amassed 32 World Championship medals before transitioning to ice speed skating in 2010, inspired by the Vancouver Olympics. Specializing in 500m, 1000m, and 1500m, she became a six-time world champion and won 88 World Cup medals. A four-time Olympian (2014, 2018, 2022, 2026), she earned bronze in the team pursuit (2018) and 1000m (2022). She served as Team USA's flag bearer in 2022. After a heartbreaking fourth-place finish in her final race at Milano Cortina 2026, Bowe retired, celebrated for her dominance and sportsmanship.
