About Brandon Scherff
Brandon Scherff is one of the NFL's most dominant offensive linemen. Scherff was the fifth overall pick of the Washington Redskins in the 2015 NFL Draft and went on to earn five Pro Bowl bids in six seasons. He was also named a First-Team All-Pro in 2020. Scherff signed with the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2022.
Scherff has just been one of the latest offensive linemen out of the University of Iowa to make it big in the NFL. In 2014, Scherff dominated picking up the Outland Trophy and Rimington-Pace Offensive Lineman of the Year Award in the process. He was a unanimous All-American and first-team All-Big 10 pick as well. The Denison, Iowa native chose the Hawkeyes over Kansas State, Missouri, and Nebraska. He was a high school star in football and track. Scherff won a state title in the shot put as a sophomore. He was an All-State defensive lineman as a junior and All-State pick on the offensive line as a senior.
