About Brad Kaaya
The Detroit Lions selected Brad Kaaya in the sixth round of the 2017 NFL Draft. The University of Miami is known for producing great quarterback and Kaaya may be one of the best of the bunch. He was a two-time All-ACC honoree who started 38 games for the Hurricanes and set program records for career passing yards, completions and attempts. Kaaya's 69 touchdown passes and 60.6 completion percentage rank third in school history. In each of his three seasons as starter, he threw for over 3,000 yards. Kaaya ended his UM career on top as well. He was 24-34 for 282 yards and a Miami bowl record four touchdowns Miami beat West Virginia in the Russell Athletic Bowl to win their first bowl n a decade.
