About Brad Brach
Brad Brach is a top reliefpitcher for the Baltimore Orioles. In 2016, Brach was named to his first All-Star team after posting a 6-1 record with a 0.91 ERA and 58 strikeouts in 49.1 innings. He has been a key ace out of the bullpen since arriving in Baltimore in 2014. Brach was traded by the San Diego Padres following the 2013 season. He was originally called up by San Diego at the end of the 2011 season. Brach's first full big league season came in 2012, when he posted a 3.78 ERA in 67 appearances. After a college career at Monmouth, he was selected by the Padres late in the 2008 MLB Draft. He holds school records for wins and strikeouts. Brach worked his way up to the majors by dominating at many levels of the franchise's minor league system. He was the California League's Pitcher of the Year in 2010.
