About Arthur Smith
Arthur Smith is the offensive coordinator of the Pittsburgh Steelers. From 2021-23, he guided the Atlanta Falcons to three 7-10 seasons as head coach.
Smith worked his way up in the Tennessee Titans organization from 2011-2020, starting as a defensive quality control coach and eventually ending up as a highly successful offensive coordinator for two seasons.
Smith got his start in coaching as a graduate assistant at North Carolina after playing for the Tar Heels. He also spent time with the Washington Redskins and Ole Miss. Smith has perhaps been groomed for leading an organization his entire life as the son of FedEx founder, Fred Smith.
