Tim Tebow to Speak at FCA Night of Champions

Former NFL quarterback Tim Tebow will be the speaker for the South Dakota Fellowship of Christian Athletes’ “Night of Champions” event that will take place on April 13th at the Denny Sanford Premier Center In Sioux Falls. For those who can’t make that date, he will be doing it again on April 14th at the Rushmore Plaza Civic Center in Rapid City. The evening will feature Tebow as the big speaker and he will likely discuss how his faith and athletics coincide to make his life complete. The Heisman Trophy winner is known for his iconic praying stance in the end zone after he makes a touchdown. The cost to get into the event will be $32 per person.

The 2007 quarterback of the year played for the University of Florida’s football team throughout his college career, and when he entered the 2010 NFL Draft he was picked up as a first round choice for the Denver Broncos. Despite some of the speculation he got for his abilities, the Denver coach knew that he was capable at throwing the ball at any level. After a season with the Broncos, Tebow was traded to the New York Jets before taking a job as a college football analyst for ESPN.

Tebow will be the keynote speaker for the “Night of Champions” event next month where he will share with people stories about his success in playing professional football as well as journeys in his faith. This will be a fantastic function to attend and an excellent opportunity to have an experience with one of the NFL’s most talked about players.
