As the best pitcher for the New York Mets, Noah Syndergaard is quickly gaining in popularity. Muscle Milk is buying in to his platform, agreeing to an endorsement deal with the hurler last week.

Syndergaard will be heavily featured in marketing efforts in the New York area as well as throughout the rest of the country. He will be seen on in-store marketing material, make appearances and be used in digital and social media branding.

In his second season, Syndergaard has been voted to his first All-Star team. At the mid-summer break, he sports a 9-4 record with a 2.56 ERA and 128 strikeouts in 105.2 innings pitched.

Syndergaard was a significant boost during last year's postseason. He struck out 26 batters in 19 playoff innings, helping the Mets advance to the World Series.

Syndergaard debuted in May last year and went 9-7 with a 3.24 ERA in his rookie campaign. He was originally a first round pick out of high school by the Toronto Blue Jays in the 2010 MLB Draft.
