Jorge Posada to Sign Autographs at Orange County Choppers Shop

The four-time All-Star MLB player Jorge Posada will be at the OCC Shop in Newburgh, New York to sign autographs on March 20. He will be there from 7:00pm to 9:00pm to sign baseball equipment for $100-$150, and charge $10 for a photo with the former New York Yankee This will be a fundraiser event for the MyFace organization which helps people with physical disfigurements pay for their procedures.

Posada is a five-time MLB All-Star player that was first drafted to the league in 1990 to New York in the 24th round and spent 16 years with the team during his career. The 43 year old is originally from Puerto Rico and won the Silver Slugger Award five times in the years 2000-2003 and again in 2007. His last appearance on the field was in September of 2011, as he decided it was time to retire. Just last week on February 16, the New York Yankees announced that they will retire his jersey number this coming August.

The MLB catcher is going to be signing autographs for fans next month at an event sponsored by the Orange County Choppers, whom are directly related to the television show. The OCC Shop, which is where the public signings will take place is going to donate all the proceeds from the event to the website myface.org.
