Olympic Legend Set to Share Insights on Her Illustrious Career with Sporting Tastemakers in Europe

The ISPO Leaders Summit is an exclusive, future-focused forum for executives, founders, and policymakers in the global sporting goods, outdoor, and winter sports industries to gather for networking and planning on the state of their industry. The event always takes place alongside the ISPO trade show, normally in Munich, Germany, but this year it is moving to the Netherlands at RAI Amsterdam from November 3-5, 2026. Event organizers have poured more resources into this year’s event, bringing in high-caliber panel speakers. They have invited Allyson Felix, the most decorated woman in Olympic track and field history, who has won medals across five Olympic Games from 2004 to 2020.

The Los Angeles native boasts 31 global medals at the Olympics and World Championships, as well as titles as a World Record Holder and a Master’s World Record Holder. She burst onto the scene at 18, winning Olympic silver in the 200m in 2004. Her signature events became the 200m, earning three Olympic golds in the discipline and 4x400m relay.

Felix would go on to launch her own female-specific footwear brand, Saysh, athlete agency Always Alpha, and secure a series of woman-focused partnerships. Her keynote will include insights into how these businesses came to be, her life post-retirement balancing motherhood and being a businesswoman, as well as her aim to return to elite competition for the 2028 Olympics in Los Angeles.
