Hall of Fame Quarterback Joe Montana Makes Race Track Appearance During Preakness Stakes Weekend

The Kentucky Derby is this weekend, but the Mohegan Sun Pocono is already making plans for the next Triple Crown race. They will have a visit from NFL icon Joe Montana during Preakness Stakes weekend. 

Montana will hold a meet and greet at the track on Sunday, May 21st. His appearance will take place from 5-6:30 p.m. in the racing lobby. 

Wristbands will be initially distributed for the line at 1 p.m. A professional photographer will take photos of fans with Montana and only authorized photos will be signed by the football star. 

Montana played 16 NFL seasons and made eight Pro Bowls. As a four-time Super Bowl champion and three-time Super Bowl MVP, he is one of the greatest winners in league history. 

Montana never threw an interception in a Super Bowl and holds a record for the game with a career quarterback rating of 127.8. He led his teams to 32 fourth-quarter comebacks. 

Montana won back-to-back NFL MVP trophies in 1989 and 1990. He is a member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame and is considered one of the greatest quarterbacks in league history.
