Two-Time Emmy Nominee David Feherty Debuts 9th Season of Golf Channel Show Monday

There is no questioning Golf Channel host David Feherty's place as one of the most entertaining personalities in sports. The greatest testament to that might be the longevity of his show, "Feherty," which will begin its ninth season Monday night.

The show features Feherty's fun conversations with some of the most prominent people in sports. The first episode of the season will be broken into two parts and feature World Golf Hall of Famer Fred Couples

Initial shows will feature other golfers like Bryson DeChambeau, Tony Finau and Brooks Koepka. In the past, Feherty has interviewed four U.S. Presidents, top Hollywood actors and big sports names like Charles Barkley, Nick Saban and Stephen Curry

Feherty has been nominated for two Emmys in the Oustanding Sports Personality - Studio Host category. He is one of the rare athletes that can say they have garnered more fame in their post-playing career, even though he achieved success on the golf course.

Feherty collected ten international victories, including five wins on the European Tour. His best finish in a major championship was a fourth-place showing at The 1994 Open Championship.

After retiring from golf in 1997, Feherty got his foot in the door in broadcasting as an on-course reporter for CBS Sports. He is also a New York Times bestselling author who has written four books.
