College Football Speakers Coming to Touchdown Clubs this Fall

Across the South, college football season stands out for many as a time to catch up with new friends and do things they do not have an opportunity to do the rest of the year. That traditional holds true at the many Touchdown and Quarterback Clubs across the region as well. 

These organizations bring in the best college football speakers either weekly or biweekly to speak to their membership. Many of the Touchdown Clubs have already revealed their entire speaking lineups for the spring. 

Touchdown Club of Atlanta 

August 22 - Georgia Tech Head Coach Geoff Collins, ESPN Analyst Tom Luginbill

September 9 - Pro Football Hall of Famer Jerome Bettis 

September 23 - College Football Playoff Committee Director Bill Hancock

October 14 - Former Auburn Head Coach Gene Chizik

The Touchdown Club of Atlanta holds their semiregular Monday luncheons at 103 West in Buckhead. Their first event of the year is a dinner that takes place on Thursday, August 22 at the Cherokee Town & Country Club.

The Huntsville Quarterback Club has meetings almost weekly, with two Ladies Night activities added on. They host their dinner events at The Ledges of Huntsville Country Club.

Most of the Little Rock Touchdown Club's festivities are Monday lunches, with the exception of Morris' and Richts' Tuesday appearances. They have membership packages ranging in price from $425-$75, while weekly meal prices are $25 for members and $35 for non-members.

The Macon Touchdown Club holds weekly dinner meetings throughout the fall at the Methodist Home for Children. Their annual dues are $250 and their guest prices are $30 per event.

The Touchdown Club of Memphis splits their semiregular evening events between the Hilton Memphis and The Butcher Shop Steakhouse. Full Membership for the season costs $300 while single event passes are $50.

The Orlando Touchdown Club hosts all dinner meetings on Monday's at Dubsdread Golf Course, except for Bowden's visit, which will take place on a Wednesday. Membership fees are $325 for people over 40, $275 for people over 40 and guest fees are normally $50.
