Boxing Great George Foreman Becomes Brand Ambassador for Choice Home Warranty

Former boxer George Foreman has had great success promoting a number of products after he decided to step out of the ring for the final time. Most recently, this sports legend agreed to a deal with InterMedia Advertising and InterMedia Entertainment to become a brand ambassador for Choice Home Warranty.

Warranties from Choice Home Warranty allow for the repair or replacement of major home systems and appliances. Foreman will be featured in a series of television, radio, online and print advertisements.

Members of his family, including his wife Mary Joan, son George "Red" Foreman V and daughter Natalie Foreman, will also participate in the campaign. The Foreman family are policyholders and know the benefits of Choice Home Warranty first-hand.

“It is with great pleasure that we announce today our brand partnership with George Foreman and his family. George will be a fantastic spokesperson for our line of home and appliance warranty programs, and we look forward to many years of a successful brand partnership with a man so widely respected and admired”, said Victor Mandalawi, Founder and President of Choice Home Warranty.

Foreman has had a long career in the spotlight that began when he won a gold medal in the heavyweight division at the 1968 Olympics. He went on to win the world heavyweight championship for the first time in 1973 when he knocked out an undefeated Joe Frazier.

Foreman became even more legendary when he returned to boxing after a ten-year layoff and won a portion of the title for a second time at the age of 45 in 1994. He still holds the record as the sport's oldest heavyweight champion.

Foreman retired in 1998 with a career record of 76-5. He is a member of the World Boxing Hall of Fame and the International Boxing Hall of Fame.
