Antonio Brown Leads Team of AFC Players to Charity Win in Celebrity Family Feud

This past Sunday, the long-running ABC show Family Feud was taken over by the NFL.  The Pittsburgh Steelers’ wide receiver Antonio Brown led a team of AFC stars against players from the NFC.

Joining Brown was Nick Mangold, Terrell Suggs, Antonio Gates, and DeMarcus Ware.  The NFC squad featured Vernon Davis, Eddie Lacy, Calais Campbell, Matt Forte, and Thomas Davis.

The AFC played for the Players Assistance Trust while the NFC partnered with St. Jude’s Children’s Research.  Ultimately, the AFC prevailed winning 25,000 for their charity.

Brown is a three-time Pro Bowler and reigning All-Pro performer.  In 2014, he led the NFL in catches, receiving yards, and receiving touchdowns.

Always excelling in the return game as well, Brown was the first player in league history to have 1,000 return yards and 1,000 receiving yards in a season in 2011.  After being a sixth round pick out of Central Michigan, his rise to the top of the receiving ranks has been all about hard work.

Brown grew up in the tough Liberty City neighborhood in Miami.  That prepared him to consistently defy the odds in his football career and drove him to become a model citizen off the field.
