Terrell Suggs Biography

Terrell Suggs is an NFL linebacker who currently plays for theKansas City Chiefs. He built a Hall of Fame career over 16 seasons with the Baltimore Ravens. Suggs was a seven-time Pro Bowler and two-time All-Pro. In 2011, he won the NFL Defensive Player of the Year award. The following season, Suggs was instrumental in the Ravens run to Super Bowl victory. He is the all-time franchise leader in sacks with 132.5 and he recorded seven double-digit sack seasons in Baltimore. Suggs started his pro career with a bang, winning NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year honors in 2003 after being selected in the first round out of Arizona State. He is also widely considered one of the greatest talents to ever play for the Sun Devils. Suggs finished his career at ASU with 163 tackles, 44 sacks, and 14 forced fumbles. During his junior season, Suggs set an NCAA record with 24 sacks, earning him numerous honors such as All-American, All-conference, and the Pac-10 Player of the Year.
