Cody Parkey Biography

Cody Parkey is a professional placekicker for the National Football League. He was born and raised in Jupiter, Florida in the 1990’s and early 2000’s, where he grew up loving the sport of football. Parkey played for his high school team in Jupiter, Florida and went on to play college football at Auburn. Although he was an undrafted free agent in 2014, he was signed by the Indianapolis Colts. Not long after, Parkey was traded to the Philadelphia Eagles, where he beat out Alex Henery to be the Eagles kicker for the 2014 season. Parkey’s professional career is young but promising. Sixteen weeks into his first season in the NFL, he made 30 out of 34 field goals with a percentage of 88.2%.
