Six-Time Pro Bowler Jeff Saturday Speaks at Elkhart Prayer Breakfast

In 13 seasons playing for the Indianapolis Colts, center Jeff Saturday built up a significant fan base.  He was in Elkhart, Indiana on Wednesday using that popularity for a good cause.

Saturday was the speaker at the 25th annual Elkhart Prayer Breakfast.  He was greeted by a standing ovation when he came to the stage at Elkhart Memorial High School.

One of the main points of his presentation was to share some life lessons through football.  He also spoke about how his faith helped him through the NFL and even today.

Saturday racked up six Pro Bowl bids and was a two-time first-team All-Pro.  He was a stabilizing force on the Colts offensive line and an extension of quarterback Peyton Manning's leadership.

Saturday was one of the key players on the Indianapolis squad that won Super Bowl XLI.  After leaving the Colts, he spent one final season in the NFL with the Green Bay Packers before retiring in 2013.

Last season, Saturday was inducted into the Indianapolis Colts Ring of Honor.  In retirement, he serves as an NFL analyst for ESPN.
