Pro Football Hall of Famer Terrell Davis Keynotes Junior League of Denver Fundraiser Next Week

Hall of Fame running back Terrell Davis is an institution in Denver. Broncos nation will certainly be out in force next week when he serves as keynote speaker at a fundraiser for the Junior League of Denver. 

"The Journey" takes place March 23rd at 6 p.m. at the Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center. Proceeds raised go towards providing access to books for Denver area schoolkids and improving literacy rates. 

Davis will talk about leadership and lessons he learned through his career in professional football. He will also mingle with fans who purchase VIP admission tickets for $225. 

Davis spent his entire seven-year career with the Broncos and was named a Pro Bowler and first-team All-Pro three consecutive seasons from 1996-98. He won two Super Bowls with the team and was the MVP of Super Bowl XXXII.

Davis was named NFL MVP and won the second of two Offensive Player of the Year awards in 1998. He led the league that season with 2,008 rushing yards and 21 rushing touchdowns. 

With 7,607 career yards, Davis is Denver's all-time rushing leader. He is in the team's Ring of Fame and is a member of the Colorado Sports Hall of Fame.
