People Pack Aggieland in College Station for Johnny Manziel Autograph Signing

Nothing seems to curtail the popularity of Johnny Football.  Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel was back in College Station on Sunday to sign autographs for a fanbase that still goes crazy for the former Heisman Trophy winner.

Approximately 350 people showed up at Aggieland Outfitters and paid between $125-$155 a pop to get a signature from Manziel.  Per the Eagle Newspaper, it was his first autograph appearance since getting drafted and some in attendance waited three hours in line.

Manziel helped Texas A&M enter the Southeastern Conference in prime fashion.  In his two years as a starter, he threw for 7,820 yards and 63 touchdowns.

Manziel became the first freshman in NCAA history to throw for 3,000 yards and rush for 1,000 while also being the first to win the Heisman.  He set an SEC record for total offense and holds Aggie career records for total touchdowns and yards.

After one of the greatest college football careers ever, the Browns selected Manziel with the 22nd pick in 2014.  He played in just five games during his rookie season, but will come into training camp this summer battling for the starting quarterback job.
