NASCAR Driver Austin Dillon Speaks at Foundation Dinner

Austin Dillon is one of the most exciting young stars in NASCAR. Having someone of his notoriety present this year at the Stewart-Marchman-Act Foundation Dinner Celebration and Auction was a huge boon for the organization.

The event took place at the Daytona 500 Club at Daytona International Speedway. The theme was "The Great Outdoors: Join the Adventure" based off of Dillon's love for hunting and fishing.

$140,000 was raised for the foundation through sponsorships, live auction sales and prize tickets. Proceeds go directly to SMA's various mental health programs.

Dillon drives the No. 3 Chevrolet for Richard Childress Racing in the NASCAR Cup Series. He comes from a motorsports family and has been successful at every level of the sport.

Dillon was the 2010 Camping World Truck Series Rookie of the Year and won the circuit championship the following season. He also was the 2012 NASCAR Rookie of the Year and the 2013 Nationwide Series champion.

Last year, Dillon finished a career-best 14th in the season-ending Cup Series standings. He won his first Cup race this year at the Coca-Cola 600.
