Hall of Fame Quarterback Steve Young Speaks at PERS Summit 2015

There is no question that Hall of Fame quarterback Steve Young still remains one of the most sought-after speakers from the world of sports today.  Young’s next engagement is the PERS Summit 2015 from September 29-October 1.

Young will be the keynote speaker at the Chateaux Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah.  The PERS Summit brings together leaders from the Personal Emergency Response System industry.

More information on the conference can be found at www.perssummit.com

Young had a standout 14-year NFL career that was mostly spent with the San Francisco 49ers.  The seven-time Pro Bowler was also a two-time NFL MVP and also won three Super Bowls.

In his one championship triumph as a starter, Young was named MVP of Super Bowl XXIX.  Throughout his career, he was lauded for his accuracy and led the NFL in passer rating a record six times.

Young’s 96.8 passer rating is third all-time.  Also a noted scrambler, his 43 rushing touchdowns are a quarterback record and his 4,239 rushing yards placed him third in league history.

In retirement, Young remains an impactful figure.  Outside of the speaking engagements and endorsements, he is the managing director of Huntsman Global Capital and keeps the Forever Young Foundation going strong after over 20 years.
