Hall of Fame Quarterback Roger Staubach Speaks at Inspiring Hope Luncheon Tomorrow

Tomorrow, legendary Hall of Fame quarterback Roger Staubach will likely be speaking to a group comprised of many Dallas Cowboys fans.  He is the keynote speaker at The Salvation Army's Inspiring Hope Luncheon.

The luncheon is being held at AT&T Stadium from 12 to 1:30 p.m.  Proceeds from the event go towards the Gene and Jerry Jones Family North Texas Youth Education Town and Family Life Center.

The center is housed within The Salvation Army in Arlington.  Individual tickets for the lunch cost $150 and table sponsorships range from $1,500 all the way to $100,000.

Staubach was the quarterback who perhaps first established the Cowboys as "America's Team".  He spent all 11 NFL seasons with the franchise, going to five Super Bowls and winning two.

Duing his career, Staubach was a six-time Pro Bowler.  In 1971, he was named NFL MVP and capped that season off by winning Super Bowl VI MVP.

Staubach is a member of the Cowboys Ring of Honor and was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1985.  Since retiring from football, he has led a successful business career.
