Golden State Warriors Draymond Green Stars in Beats by Dre Ad After Breakout Season

Beats by Dre has partnered with many athletes over the years.  Their latest effort features the Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green.

Green stars in an ad promoting the Beast Solo2 Wireless headphones.  After a session with a mass of reporters questioning his every move, he puts on the headphones to escape.

Eminem’s “Phenomenal” is the track that plays as Green walks out of the locker room.   The slogan “Hear What You Want” comes on the screen at the end of the ad.

Green is currently trying to help the Warriors win the NBA title after a breakout third season in the league.  He made the All-Defensive First Team and finished as a runner-up for both the Defensive Player of the Year and Most Improved Player awards.

As Golden State bolted to a 67-15 record in the regular season, Green averaged 11.7 points, 8.2 rebounds, and 3.7 assists per game.  He has upped his play in the playoffs, recording 11 double doubles so far.

Despite being the Big 10 Player of the Year and a consensus First-Team All-American in 2012, Green dropped to the Warriors in the second round of that year’s NBA Draft.  He has made it a point to prove doubters wrong ever since.
