Chicago Cubs Stars Kris Bryant and Anthony Rizzo Hold Autograph Signing Saturday

There is no denying that Cubs mania swept Chicago following their historic World Series win last season. As the team makes a push for another postseason run, two of its stars are making a much-hyped appearance downtown Saturday night.

Kris Bryant and Anthony Rizzo will be at the Radisson Blu Aqua Hotel for an autograph signing. The event starts at 6:30 p.m., following the Cubs afternoon game against the Toronto Blue Jays.

The event is being dubbed as "Bryzzo's" first signing since the World Series. Tickets that entitle attendees to an autograph from each player are $699.

Bryant has been one of the best players in baseball since he debuted and won National League Rookie of the Year in 2015. Last year, he hit .292 with 39 home runs and 102 RBI on the way to winning NL MVP.

The two-time All-Star was originally selected by the Cubs with the second overall pick in the 2013 MLB Draft. He was a Golden Spikes Award winner at the University of San Diego.

Rizzo has been an All-Star and finished in the top ten in MVP voting each of the last three seasons. He seems poised for another strong finish to 2017 and already has 27 homers and 76 RBI.

Rizzo was instrumental in last year's World Series triumph, scoring seven runs and notching five RBI. He was originally acquired by Chicago via trade after debuting with the San Diego Padres in 2011.
