All-Time Hit King Pete Rose Named Keynote Speaker at Syracuse Chiefs Hot Stove Dinner and Auction

Even at 74-years-old, baseball's all-time hit king Pete Rose is still one of the biggest names in sports.  Rose will be the keynote speaker on January 22nd at the Syracuse Chiefs 2016 Hot Stove Dinner and Auction.

Individual tickets to see Rose at the Oncenter are $65 and proceeds benefit the Syracuse Chiefs Charitable Foundation.  A special VIP package that includes and autograph and photo session from 5:30-6:30 p.m. is $200.

Items will be auctioned off all evening and Rose takes the stage to speak at 7:30.  He will tell plenty of stories from his legendary big league career. 

Rose will forever be remembered for his record 4,256 hits.  The 17-time All-Star won three batting titles as well and also holds major league records for games played, at-bats, and singles.s

In addition to his impressive individual accomplishments, "Charlie Hustle" was a tremendous team player as well.  He won three World Series championships and was a member of the famed "Big Red Machine" Cincinnati Reds squads during the 1970s.

Recently, Rose has been back in the spotlight as an analyst for FOX Sports.  He joined the network this spring and provides his entertaining commentary on a variety of platforms.
